XS-FR-8300 series is a halogen-free flame retardant for PP. It is a nitrogen-phosphorus compound halogen-free, low-smoke intumescent flame retardant. It will foam and expand on the resin surface to form a layer during thermal cracking or burning. Porous carbon layer, the carbon layer plays the role of heat insulation, oxygen insulation, flame retardant and can prevent the generation of molten droplets. The flame retardant also has a certain effect of suppressing the amount of smoke generated, and does not generate toxic or corrosive gases.
