XS-FR-C303 is a nitrogen-phosphorus compound, low-smoke intumescent flame retardant. After adding this product, the polyurethane coating will foam and expand on the surface of the coating during thermal cracking or burning to form a porous carbon layer. The carbon layer plays the role of heat insulation, oxygen insulation, flame retardant and can prevent the generation of molten droplets. When the flame retardant is decomposed, it can also generate a large amount of non-combustible gas, dilute the oxygen concentration around the combustion object, and play a good synergistic effect with the carbon layer formed during combustion to achieve the flame retardant effect.
